The Minimalism art time perid began in the early 1960's and ended in the late 1960's. These art pieces include geometric figures that are simple and minimum. The purpose of Mininmalism art is to show self-expression and social comment. The artist focuse on using the smallest amount of lines, colors, shapes, adn textures.
